the objective of this study is to identify the existing communications gaps and capacity level of project actors, and to develop a strategy that can will improve the performance of the project, enhancing staff capacity and capability, in-turn directly improvingproject services and deliverables. The derived communications strategy aims to ensure effective and widespread availability of information on SSNRMP, whilst also taking into consideration limitations that are outside the control of project actors.
